Personal data are only saved if they have been submitted by you, for example in the context of a registration, a survey, a competition, an online advertisement or for the implementation of a contract. Personal data you are conveying via website or e-mail (e.g. your name and your address or your e-mail address) are only used for communication with you and only for the purpose you gave them to us for.
Furthermore we will use these data for occasional offers to inform you about new products, services and other interesting benefits. Of course you are entitled to object to the usage of your data anytime.
We commission other companies or freelancers to fulfill certain tasks for us. These could be for example package deliveries, mailing of letters or e-mails, data management, analysis of our data bases, advertising, implementation of payments (debit advice procedure and purchase on account) as well as customer service. These service providers have access to personal information needed to fulfill their tasks. However they may not use these data for other purposes. Furthermore they are required to handle that information conforming to this data privacy statement as well as the German Data Protection Act.
If you have relinquished personal data to us you can have us delete them at anytime. Data for the accounting department are not touched by a cancellation.
